Basic Protein Pancakes are the perfect morning meal or snack and can be the base of a delicious meal, you can add strawberries or blueberries..
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup raw oats
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 scoop MTS whey Vanilla (Any Flavour will work)
- 1/2 cup egg whites
DIRECTIONS
- Blend all the ingredients until a batter forms. Pour over a hot pan.
- Flip when the edges start browning.
- Serve with a tablespoon of natural peanut butter and top with almonds or Sugar free maple syrup
